Developing the Needs of Sensitivity of Others

I believe that cultivating sensitivity to others’ needs is fundamental to establishing a supportive and inclusive academic community by actively listening to and embracing different perspectives among my classmates. Engaging in collaborative projects promotes teamwork, a peaceful learning atmosphere, and the ability to assist and encourage my peers, whether academically or personally. In the end, developing this sensitivity not only improves the educational experience but also establishes the foundation for an understanding and thoughtful way of living outside of the classroom.
